The church of Pargues is very peculiar; its plan is a Greek cross crowned with cupolas. Nestled between the collegiate and the former priory house, the garden of the priory is an offering to daydream.The green fingers and sense of space of the owner have done wonders.Three terraces delimit carved boxwood squares whose edges enclose white roses “Irene of Denmark”.Deep in the garden, perennials and former roses contrast to the green of the hedge that coats the garden wall while showing the jumble of roofs on the horizon.A wonder…
